Insurance Coverage

1. Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disablement pays 100% of the sum insured in the event of accidental death or permanent total disablement
2. Permanent Disablement pays for loss of hands or feet by disablement or actual severance; or for loss of sight of the eyes, hearing or speech up to 100% of the sum insured
3. Accident Medical Expense Reimbursement pays for necessary medical expenses incurred in the treatment of bodily injuries including hospital expenses, doctors’ fees, and out-patient medical expenses
4. Accident Burial Expense Fund pays a lump sum cash amount in case of death, in addition to all other available benefits, to take care of burial expenses

Special Features

• Automatic Coverage on All Passengers / Driver
  All passengers / driver are automatically covered even if the total number exceeds the allowed seating capacity of the vehicle, however the maximum benefits will be shared proportionately among all passengers and driver
• All Ages Covered
  All passengers / driver regardless of age are covered, however, passengers or driver below 12 years of age or over 69 years old will be covered automatically only at half the usual limits of benefits

Eligible Motor Vehicles

• Licensed motor vehicles primarily of the sedan types, but to include passenger vans that are used primarily for private and non-commercial purposes
• Age limit: 8 years old

Exclusions
To make the plan affordable, some risks and hazards have been excluded from coverage. Some of the limitations are self-inflicted injuries, war and related risks,
competition or racing of any kind, illegal acts, murder or assault, etc.
