4) How can policies be delivered?

Delivery of policies is a challenge during this period.  To ensure your property’s continuous coverage, kindly request a copy of your policy’s cover note from your Account Executive or agent/broker.  We will send the copy to them through email.

5) What is the best way to pay my premium if banks are closed?

The Insurance Commission on March 23 ordered all insurers to allow payment extension to policyholders whose due dates fall within the month-long quarantine period.

As such, Prudential Guarantee policyholders whose premiums are due within the quarantine period are granted a 60-day extension. But policies under a staggered payment plan whose fees are due after the quarantine period would have to honor the original payment deadline.

Policyholders who wish to pay their premiums can contact their account executives or their agent/broker.

Rest assured that during this challenging time, your Prudential Guarantee coverage will continue with ease and efficiency.
